To add pages to a PDF for free, open it above and click the small + between any two pages — or the "Add page" button to append one at the end — to insert a blank page there. Drag it into a different spot if you change your mind, then download. Your file is never uploaded: the whole PDF is opened and edited directly in your browser, and only pressing Download saves anything. No sign-up, no email, and no watermark.
Insert a blank page exactly where you need it
Every page of your PDF opens as a thumbnail with a small + button sitting in the gap above and below it — click one and a blank page drops into that exact spot. Need one at the very end instead? The Add page button in the toolbar does that in one click. Either way, the new page appears instantly and can be dragged somewhere else, rotated, or deleted like any other page. Zoom in from the toolbar any time to check exactly where a page landed.
Nothing is uploaded to add a page. Your file opens locally, and the insert — along with any reordering, rotating, or deleting you do while you're there — is written into the PDF entirely in your browser. Pressing Download is the only moment anything happens, and even then it just saves the finished file straight to your device.
Add a page anywhere, not just the end
Most PDF editors only let you tack a page onto the end of the document. Here, every gap between pages carries its own + button, so you can insert a blank page right before a signature section, in the middle of a report, or between two scanned pages — wherever it actually needs to go. The toolbar's Add page button is the shortcut for the common case of appending one at the end.
Move, rotate, or remove it afterward
A newly inserted page is a normal page in the grid: drag it to a different spot, use the arrow buttons to nudge it earlier or later, or click × to remove it again if you added one by mistake. Nothing is final until you press Download — Reset is not needed since closing the viewer without downloading simply discards every change.
Private by construction, not just by policy
This tool has no server step to add a page — your PDF is opened and the finished file is assembled entirely on your device, so there is nothing to upload in the first place. That makes it safe to use on a PDF you would rather not send anywhere, and it works the same on Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android since the work all happens on your own device.
Need to do more at once?
Inserting a page is often just one step. Our Edit PDF tool combines this same insert-anywhere control with delete, duplicate, reorder, rotate, page numbers, a watermark or corner stamp, placing a photo directly on a page, and splitting the result — all in one session, downloaded once.
Frequently asked questions
Does adding a page upload my PDF anywhere?
No. Your file is opened and edited entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to a server, even when you insert a page. Download builds the finished file and saves it straight from your browser.
Can I add a page in the middle of my document, not just the end?
Yes. Every gap between pages has its own + button, so you can insert a blank page immediately before or after any page — not only at the end.
Can I move the new page after adding it?
Yes. Drag it to a new position like any other page, or use the arrow buttons — the same controls used to reorder the rest of the document.
Can I rotate or delete the page I just added?
Yes. A blank page behaves like any other page in the grid, so it has its own rotate and delete buttons too.
Can I zoom in to see exactly where the page landed?
Yes. Zoom controls sit in the toolbar so you can zoom in to check placement or zoom out to see more of the document at once.
Is there a limit on how many pages I can add?
No limit on inserted pages. The one size limit is 25 MB for the file you open.
How do I add pages to a PDF on Windows, Mac, iPhone, or Android?
The same way on every device. This is a free online tool that runs in your browser, so there is nothing to install. Open this page on any device, add the pages you need, and download the result.
