Drag it onto any page, resize it by its corner handles, and type in a rotation angle to tilt it. A separate Date stamp can be added the same way, defaulting to today's date, fully editable.
It never leaves your browser. Your PDF opens locally, and the signature is drawn directly into the page — the same process the download step uses for every other edit here. Nothing is uploaded; pressing Download just saves the result to your device.

Three ways to sign

Draw it on your phone instead
A steady mouse-drawn signature is hard on a desktop. The Draw tab shows a QR code — scan it, draw your signature on your phone's touchscreen, and it lands directly in the same box on your computer, ready to place.
An editable date, if you need one
A separate Date stamp defaults to today's date, fully editable, with its own color, font, and rotation — placed and resized independently from the signature itself.
Private by construction, not just by policy
There is no server step to sign a PDF — your PDF opens and the signature is drawn in, entirely on your device, so there is nothing to upload in the first place. A signature sent from a phone passes through a short-lived relay that deletes it the moment your computer receives it. That makes it safe to sign a document you would rather not send anywhere, and it works the same on Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android since the work all happens on your own device.

Does signing my PDF upload it anywhere?

Can I sign from my phone if I am working on a computer?

What is the difference between Sign and Stamp?

Is there a limit on how many signatures I can add?
