What if the PDF is still too big?
- Split it. Some documents — long scans especially — just have too many pages for one attachment. The Split PDF tool breaks the file into parts, or extracts just the pages you need.
- Check whether it’s a scan. Scanned PDFs compress the most (often 70–95%), so if yours barely shrank, it’s probably mostly text — which is already compact. Size limits are then better solved by splitting.
